Seating Capacity: 70 - There are eight 5-ft. round tables and four 6-ft. rectangular tables available inside and 70 black chairs. There are 6 large round tables on the deck and plastic chairs to go with them.

Basic Rent: $250.00 per weekend day. Basic rent is for the use of the building, tables, and chairs.
